This role suits someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing things properly, and represents the company well when dealing facetoface with customers. What Youll Be Doing Deliver fencing materials to customers and job sites using a company truck Load and secure trucks safely and efficiently Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch Move stock between the warehouse, factory, and workshop Unload incoming deliveries and organise materials Keep warehouse and yard areas tidy, safe, and wellorganised Provide friendly customer service when interacting with customers Support the team with reasonable adhoc tasks and schedule changes when required What Were Looking For Medium Rigid (MR) or HR licence required Forklift licence required Clean VicRoads driving record Experience in delivery driving, warehousing, or a trade customer service environment High level of literacy, ability to follow directions, and strong attention to detail Physical strength and fitness to safely handle regular manual tasks Excellent time management and the ability to work to daily schedules Ability to meet KPIs relating to delivery efficiency, accuracy, and warehouse performance Strong common sense and basic troubleshooting ability A positive, willing attitude and solid teamwork skills Confidence dealing with customers and representing the company professionally Basic computer skills or willingness to learn new systems What Youll Bring to the Team Reliability and consistency A strong work ethic and pride in completing work safely and accurately Initiative, problemsolving, and practical thinking A friendly, approachable manner with customers and colleagues Why Join Visser Fencing?
