Experienced Truck-Mount Paint Operator Location: Trafalgar & Bairnsdale Tarmac Linemarking is seeking an experienced Truck-Mount Paint Operator to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in truck-mounted line marking truck, particularly longline application. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 12 months line marking experience, with proven experience operating a truck-mount paint truck Demonstrated capability in longline application, including consistent quality delivery Strong ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in fast-paced environments Current Construction (White) Card HR/HC Truck Licence TMA ticket highly desirable but not essential Traffic Control ticket highly desirable but not essential Tasks & Responsibilities Operating truck-mounted paint trucks Reading and interpreting plans Setting out new line markings Operating trucks, including TMA vehicles as ticketed Preparing work areas (measurements, taping, etc.) Line marking of new and existing lines liaising with clients onsite Maintaining company equipment Reporting and performing routine maintenance Operating plant and equipment daily Traffic Control duties (as ticketed) General labouring and cleaning duties About You Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and regular living away Able to take direction and show initiative A proven team player Strong understanding of quality and workplace health & safety Positive can-do attitude; self-motivated, eager to learn, and conscientious Strong work ethic reliable, punctual, honest, and committed On Offer Competitive hourly rate Work within a supportive, successful team Ongoing training and development Overtime opportunities with applicable penalty rates How to Apply Please send your resume to: *****@tarmaclinemarking.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
