About the Role Were seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our friendly, passionate team in Beerwah QLD. Youll play a key role in creating exceptional patient experiences and supporting our clinicians in a modern, thriving practice. Your Day-to-Day as a Dental Receptionist Welcome patients warmly and ensure every interaction reflects our culture of care. Manage appointment bookings efficiently using Praktika software. Handle calls, enquiries, and payments with professionalism and positivity. Coordinate with assistants and clinicians to maintain a smooth, seamless patient flow. Contribute to a fun, supportive team environment where everyone thrives. About You A great communicator who loves connecting with people. Confident, proactive, and calm under pressure. Organised, professional, and eager to learn. Experienced in dental (preferred but not essential). Passionate about helping others and being part of a team that makes a difference.
