Kyneton Specialist Medical Centre Kyneton VIC The Kyneton Specialist Medical Centre is seeking a career Medical Receptionist to join the team, which is based in the beautiful and thriving town of Kyneton, Victoria 3444. As front of house staff, the successful candidate will have a warm and welcoming approach towards clients. The role also includes general administration, telephone services and support for Practitioners. Duties and responsibilities Greet patients in a friendly, professional and courteous manner. Schedule appointments, manage patient records and coordinate patient flow Efficient processing of telephone and email enquiries. Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, filing and data entry Provide a high level of customer service to both patients and external stakeholders Maintain a tidy and wellorganised reception area. Clean and tidy consulting rooms as required. Preferred experience Experience working as a medical or dental receptionist, or in a similar customer servicefocused role is preferred. Medical typing desirable but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Proficiency in using medical practice management software and Microsoft Office suite and general IT highly valued A friendly, professional and empathetic demeanour, with a genuine interest in providing highquality patient care About Kyneton Specialist Medical Centre The Kyneton Specialist Medical Centre is a leading provider of specialist healthcare services in the Macedon Ranges region.
