Were looking for a friendly, organised and confident Receptionist / Front Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for our customers and support our busy Sales and Service teams.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in presentation, and can juggle multiple tasks with a calm, can-do attitude.About the RoleAs the face of Brisbane RVs, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression while keeping the front office running smoothly.Your duties will include:Greeting customers in person and over the phoneManaging incoming calls, emails and general enquiriesBooking appointments and directing customers to Sales or ServiceSupporting Sales and Service departments with admin tasksInvoicing assistance, filing and data entryMaintaining a tidy and professional reception/showroom areaGeneral office administration and support to management as requiredAbout YouWere looking for someone who:Has previous reception or administrative experience (preferred)Is confident, well-presented and customer focusedIs organised, reliable and pays attention to detailCan multitask and stay calm in a busy environmentIs comfortable using computers and office systemsHas a friendly, team-oriented attitudeExperience in automotive, caravan or service-based industries will be highly regarded, but not essential.What We OfferSupportive team environmentBusy, interesting role with varietyOpportunity to grow within a well-established local businessHow to ApplyIf youre organised, personable and enjoy being the hub of a busy workplace, wed love to hear from you.Apply via SEEK with your resume and a short cover letter. #J-18808-Ljbffr
