MemLo is a world leading service provider in Barossa, South Australia. A global leader in the process of low alcohol wine with custom machinery to enable the highest wine quality for the global market. The state of the art facility houses the unique MemLo equipment to service the wine industry. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a technically minded, handson Operator to join our new MemLo dealcoholisation facility in Nuriootpa, South Australia. Reporting to the MemLo Coordinator, the successful candidate will be responsible for the daytoday operation of advanced processing equipment within our stateoftheart Barossa Valley site. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor specialised wine filtration and processing systems. Carry out general cellar operations including loading/unloading bulk wine tankers, product additions, and spirit transfers. Perform routine wine analysis. Maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance. Complete accurate and timely records. Work flexibly across a rotating roster of days, nights and afternoon shifts (up to 24/5) as the business expands. About You Experience in the wine industry with solid knowledge of modern cellar operations. Strong ability to work independently and operate advanced winery equipment. A valid drivers licence and forklift licence are essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided. What We Offer Competitive remuneration aligned with experience and skill level.
