Experienced casual Waitstaff Experienced casual Bar Staff What were looking for: Waitstaff Upbeat, confident & genuinely warm personality you love looking after people! Minimum 23 years experience in a fastpaced, highquality venue Solid wine knowledge (WSET or equivalent highly regarded but not essential) Proven ability to run your own section independently Excellent product knowledge, attention to detail and a real pride in delivering great guest experiences Current RSA required Bar Staff Minimum 2 years bar experience in a quality venue Confident making classic & house cocktails, pouring wines by the glass and crafting great coffee Strong wine knowledge and a passion for sharing it with guests Fast, organised and calm under pressure Current RSA required If you thrive in a fun, supportive team environment, love the buzz of a busy service, and want to work right on the water with stunning Bellarine views, we want to hear from you!
