Roles and Responsibilities Programming and operation of CNC lathes Machining to close tolerances and strict quality requirements Read & interpret drawings Collaborate and communicate in a team environment to achieve ongoing continuous process improvements and maintain an excellent mindset that upholds core company values Trade qualified Engage in an industryleading mindset on HSEQ within the team Forklift licence (or ability to obtain one) manual drivers licence advantageous Experience in CAD/CAM software (desirable) Experience with Fanuc and Fagor controllers (desirable) Be fit and healthy, able to successfully pass a medical assessment Skills / Competencies Trade qualified Engage in an industryleading mindset on HSEQ within the team Forklift licence (or ability to obtain one) manual drivers licence advantageous Experience in CAD/CAM software (desirable) Experience with Fanuc and Fagor controllers (desirable) Be fit and healthy, able to successfully pass a medical assessment What You Can Expect Standard hours 7am to 4pm MonThurs and 7am to 12pm Fri Regular overtime Trade qualified rate of $40/hr plus penalties and super Potential relocation, accommodation and/or DIDO assistance Shirts and PPE supplied and pants/boots reimbursed Excellent real growth and development opportunities Team building and planning days along with personal goal setting Monthly Wowzer peernominated award Social club events and healthy morning tea options provided If you are interested, you MUST have 100% unlimited Australian working rights.
