About The Role This position is responsible for ensuring smooth, compliant and effective training delivery and assessment of units from the HLT Health Training package or qualifications relevant to the position for accredited and non-accredited vocational training programs across a diverse student base, utilising multiple delivery formats. Weekday and weekend work is available on a casual basis. About You TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent You must hold the relevant units you intend to teach, such as: HLTAID010 Provide Basic Emergency Life Support HLTAID011 Provide First Aid A current Working With Children Check (NSW) A current National Criminal History Check Demonstrated ability to engage a group whilst facilitating learning in an adult environment Understanding of and commitment to quality training and assessment and the RTO Standards along with a commitment to maintaining professional currency Organisational skills, record-keeping skills and IT skills Cultural awareness in relation to our First Nations and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse communities and ability to build rapport with students of all ages.
