Head barista store supervisor & all rounders Common Bakery - High St'' in Fremantle, WA is seeking a talented Head Barista Store Supervisor & All Rounder to join our dynamic team. This is a casual role that will play a pivotal part in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bustling bakery. As a key member of our hospitality and tourism team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing our barista team, and contributing to the overall success of our business. What youll be doing Supervising and leading a team of passionate baristas to consistently deliver high-quality coffee and exceptional customer service Overseeing all aspects of the cafs daily operations, including stock management, cash handling, and roster scheduling Providing handson support and training to ensure the barista team maintains a high level of technical expertise Collaborating with the management team to implement new initiatives and drive continuous improvement Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations Fostering a positive and engaging work environment that aligns with the companys values What were looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Head Barista or Caf Supervisor role Strong barista skills and a deep understanding of coffee preparation and service Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a team Proficient in cash handling, inventory management, and basic administrative tasks Exceptional communication and problemsolving skills A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences What we offer At Common Bakery, we believe in creating a supportive and rewarding work environment for our team.
