Personal Carers work under the direction of the registered staff to meet the individual care needs of residents in an effective and holistic manner, ensuring a high standard of living is maintained in a pleasant, homelike environment with a genuine interest in caring for theelderly, supporting their dignity and independence. You will support customers with a variety of activities in their daily lifestyle routines including home/room cleaning and clothing, food and dining experiences, social interaction and companionship, lifestyle interests and reminiscence. This role requires availability across a 7-day roster. What do I need for the role? Relevant experience working in a care environment. Willingness to work as a team member, relating to a multi-disciplinary team. Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
