Working Hours Up to 38 hours per week but extra hours may be required depending on animal welfare needs. Responsibilities Assisting with milk harvesting 4 days per fortnight & covering any leave. Maintaining milk quality and assurance / mastitis treatments. Assisting with calving down cows / post calving maintenance. Operation of tractor / machinery / mixer wagon. Assisting with irrigation / weed control / fencing / general maintenance. Qualifications and Requirements Previous experience essential with this position. Excellent knowledge and experience of milk production / farming. Ability to work in a team environment. Exceptional organisation and communication skills. Flood irrigation experience would be an advantage. Competent with tractor operation / machinery (basic). Be highly selfmotivated with a progressive attitude. Demonstrate a neat and tidy appearance with attention to detail qualities. Current Drivers Licence with reliable transport. Key Specifics Must have a genuine interest in the dairy farming industry.
