We are working to improve local food security and ensure that healthy fruit and veg reach all community members. Were looking for friendly, communityminded volunteers to join our Food Coop team. As a volunteer you will help with: Setting up and packing down the market Assisting customers and chatting with the local community Supporting smooth and friendly market operations Our Food Coop Coordinator will be there to guide and support you every step of the way. This is your chance to be part of a meaningful, communityled initiative, help local families access healthy food, and gain handson experience in market operations and customer service. As a thankyou, volunteers receive a discount on all produce. Key Details Category: Community Services Commitment: Regular less than 6 months Type of Work: Food Preparation & Service, Retail & Sales Time Required: Main shift 9:00am 1:30pm every Saturday. Were flexible with how often you volunteer (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly) and ideally ask for a minimum 3month commitment.
