Day in the life RACV Cobram Resort is currently offering an exciting opportunity in our Resort for a Room Attendant. This is a great opportunity for any individual (experienced or not) to join our well-established team and to contribute to the high level of standards that our club and resorts are known for. As a Room Attendant your role will include day-to-day turnover of rooms including linen changes, vacuuming, dusting, restocking of amenities and the overall maintenance and presentation of our rooms and public areas. Youll have interactions with our members and guests, so were looking for someone who can provide excellent customer service and attend to guest needs in a friendly and professional manner. Were offering In-depth training program provided as well as career progression opportunities Uniform cleaned and provided for you every shift 2week roster provided in advance Were looking for Previous housekeeping experience (desired, however not required) Ability to complete manual handling tasks A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service to RACV members and guests Strong attention to detail with the ability to personalise a service Great work ethic and experience working in a team environment Ability to work a 7day rotational roster including weekends and public holidays (weekend work is essential) A little about us As Victorias largest member organisation, we have a powerful organisational vision: to improve the lives of Victorians by addressing their needs in the areas of mobility, home and leisure.
