Our Wests Nelson Bay team is looking for a Casual Scullery Attendant to join our hardworking and friendly catering team.This is an important behind-the-scenes role that keeps our kitchens running smoothly across our busy food outlets and catering operations. You''ll play a key part in maintaining the high standards our members and guests love - keeping things clean, organised, and ready for service.What you''ll be doingCleaning crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipmentClearing and cleaning tables when requiredKeeping work areas clean and hygienicAssisting with the setup and closedown of serviceSweeping and mopping floorsEnsuring appropriate disposal of wasteThis position requires availability to work most Friday and Saturday nights, along with a mix of breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts throughout the week.
