About the Role We are seeking an organised and personable Receptionist to join our team in a casual position (8 hours per week), with potential for additional hours. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in supporting both clients and clinicians. Key Responsibilities Answer phone calls and manage appointment scheduling Process payments, accounts and health fund claims via HICAPS Open and/or close the clinic when required Check emails and action or refer to the practice manager Maintain a clean and welcoming clinic environment Support business development, marketing and service delivery initiatives Work collaboratively as a positive team member About You To succeed in this role, you will have: Previous reception or administrative experience (health setting desirable) Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong computer literacy and ability to learn practice software (Mindbody) High attention to detail and time management ability Friendly, professional manner with a proactive attitude Ability to work independently and within a team Be available to work on either Thursday or Friday every week Australian work rights are essential for this position Employment Details Casual position 8 hours per week (one day a week) Classified under the Health Professional and Support Services Award Flexible availability and willingness to pick up extra hours preferred Why Join Us?
