We are looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter / Leading Hand who can confidently undertake a wide range of carpentry duties while providing on-site leadership and direction. The successful candidate will oversee formwork activities, ensure safe and compliant work practices, and contribute to delivering highquality outcomes for our clients. Benefits Competitive salary between $100,000 $110,000 per annum + superannuation. Stable fulltime, 38hour work week. Supportive and professional team environment. Task & Responsibilities Carry out carpentry works including formwork construction, installation, and dismantling for concrete structures. Read, interpret, and work from technical drawings, plans, and site specifications. Lead and supervise small site teams to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to required standards. Coordinate daily activities, allocate tasks, and provide handson support across all carpentry operations. Inspect and ensure the accuracy and quality of completed work. Maintain tools, equipment, and site workspaces in accordance with WHS requirements. Collaborate with site supervisors, steel fixers, and contractors to ensure workflow continuity and project deadlines are met. Identify and mitigate sitebased risks, ensuring full compliance with safety protocols and company policies. Qualification & Experience CertificateIII in Carpentry (or equivalent qualification). Proven experience in formwork, structural carpentry, and/or civil construction carpentry. Previous leading hand or teamlead experience highly regarded. Strong understanding of WHS requirements and safe work practices. Ability to interpret construction drawings and plan work effectively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. White Card (Construction Induction). Current drivers licence.
