About The Role The Classroom Support Assistant plays an important role in fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. You will work alongside teachers to ensure all students, particularly those with diverse learning needs, can participate in classroom learning and school life. Key responsibilities include: Delivering tailored support to individuals and small groups. Adapting learning activities and promoting strategies that build students confidence, independence, and socialemotional skills. Collaborating closely with teaching staff and specialist teams to implement personalised learning adjustments that enable students to achieve their academic goals and thrive as engaged members of the school community.
