We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie (minimum 2 years) who has worked in high volume venues providing excellent quality food. As one of the largest la carte restaurant venues on the Northern Beaches, we continually achieve high numbers of main courses over lunch & dinner, with consistency & excellence always remaining our focus.Applicants will have a genuine passion for the food industry & a drive to consistently produce the best possible dishes.
