We maintain a large, modern fleet of heavy earthmoving equipment, and were looking for a reliable and experienced Grader Operator to join our growing civil team. Position Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and reliable Experienced Grader Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating a variety of heavy machinery, a strong understanding of civil construction practices, and a commitment to safety and quality. This role is integral to the successful delivery of our civil projects. Key Responsibilities Operate grader machinery safely and efficiently Bulk and detailed earthworks Trenching, grading, and compaction Road construction and maintenance Site preparation and rehabilitation Conduct daily prestart checks and ensure all equipment is maintained in safe working order. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment Work collaboratively with site teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Adhere to safety procedures, environmental regulations, and company policies. Assist with labouring duties when required.
