We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Night Shift Maintenance Fitter to join our clients team. In this handson role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of electrical equipment and machinery to ensure consistent and efficient operations during night shifts. The ideal person will have strong technical capabilities, particularly in TIG welding and electrical fault diagnosis, with the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment. Key Benefits Competitive salary and allowances Exposure to a wide range of machinery and electrical systems High level of autonomy on night shift Ongoing training and development opportunities Supportive and collaborative working environment Opportunity to apply strong TIG welding skills across varied applications Key Responsibilities Carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance on machinery and electrical equipment including panels, motors, and generators Conduct routine inspections to identify faults or inefficiencies Develop, update, and follow maintenance schedules Maintain accurate records in the Pronto maintenance system Work independently during the night shift, prioritising tasks and responding to urgent issues Assist in equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements Proven experience as a Maintenance Fitter in the Food Industry is a MUST Strong stainless steel TIG welding capability Sound knowledge of electrical systems and fault diagnosis Ability to work autonomously, particularly during night shifts High level of problemsolving skills and initiative Valid Electrical D-Grade License (preferred) Competency with Pronto or similar maintenance management systems (computer literacy essential) High school certificate or equivalent qualification If you think this could be the role for you then please apply now!
