Join our thriving bakery in Caloundra, Queensland as a fulltime Baker. As part of the DANG BAKERY HOUSE team, you will be responsible for crafting delicious artisanal breads, pastries and confections to delight our local customers. What youll be doing Prepare and bake a variety of bread products, including loaves, rolls, buns and specialty items Mix, knead and proof dough according to recipes and production schedules Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers and other machinery to ensure highquality output Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times Assist in the preparation of pastries, cakes, pies and other bakery items Maintain a clean and organised work area Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements and implement new bakery products What were looking for Formal qualifications in baking or patisserie, or equivalent experience Proven experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef or similar role in a commercial bakery environment Knowledge of baking techniques, recipes and food safety regulations Excellent time management and multitasking skills to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work as part of a collaborative team What we offer At DANG BAKERY HOUSE, we pride ourselves on creating a positive and supportive work culture.
