THE SALT MILL is seeking both Baristas and Juice Bar/ Kitchen staff to join our teams, with 2 locations in Currumbin (QLD) and Kingscliff (Northern NSW). Qualifications and Requirements Be available to work over both week and weekend days, including a variety of shift times from 5am (including the Christmas & New Year period). BARISTAS must have minimum 2 years barista experience in a high paced environment. Have a solid understanding of specialty coffee. Previous experience preferable in a similar food prep or JUICE BAR environment. Have great customer service and time management. We are looking for friendly, reliable and proactive staff members, that will be able to work autonomously & within a fun team environment.
