Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independent lives at home.Our home care agency offers services in aged and disability care to clients on the Central Coast, NSWIf you are a Personal Care Worker and have community care experience, then we would like to talk to you!Your new role will be responsible for:Assisting clients with their activities of daily living such as mobility, hygiene and nutritionFollowing personalised client care plans and actively identifying client care needsCommunicating and collaborating with the clients care team and significant othersFollowing appropriate policies and procedures applicable to clients in their own homePerforming light housekeeping tasks to facilitate clients self-care at homeQualificationsTo be successful in this role you will need: Minimum Certificate III in either Aged Care, Disability Services, Individual Support, Community Service or related experience Current Australian National Police check Current First Aid and CPR certificate Full Australian Drivers licence and own reliable insured carPreferred Skills Able to work autonomously and as part of a team High level of time management and organisational ability Willingness to participate in further education opportunities Excellent written and verbal skillsWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly rateOpportunities for further training and developmentA flexible and inclusive environment committed to work life balanceThis role will report to the Care Manager in our office in Erina, Central Coast.
