About You Were looking for a friendly, compassionate, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills for our practice in Albion. Prior experience as a Medical Receptionist is required, and familiarity with Best Practice software is beneficial but not essential. If you are enthusiastic, reliable, able to work weekends and passionate about patient care, wed love to hear from you! Role & Responsibilities The role involves being available to work between Monday and Sunday, 7am to 7pm depending on availability. Be the first point of contact for patients, delivering exceptional service in person and over the phone. Manage a high volume of calls, providing assistance to patients with script-related inquiries and offering clear, helpful guidance. Manage patient appointments, patient data, invoicing, and Medicare/Health Fund claims with accuracy. Demonstrate empathy and cultural sensitivity while supporting patients'' needs.
