We are seeking a passionate and experienced Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our team at The Yard Gym Cairns in Smithfield, QLD. What you''ll be doing Assess clients'' fitness levels, goals, and medical history Conduct group training sessions, ensuring proper technique and safety Immerse yourself in The Yard Gym brand, mission, and training philosophy Provide guidance and support to clients, answering questions and addressing any concerns Contribute to the overall growth and success of The Yard Gym Cairns What we''re looking for Relevant tertiary qualification in Exercise Science, Sports Science, or a related field Minimum 2 years'' experience as a Strength & Conditioning Coach, preferably in a gym or fitness facility setting Exceptional knowledge of human anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise science principles Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients Certification in first aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain Flexible scheduling and availability to work evenings and weekends as required Regular availability for both evening and weekend shifts as part of flexible scheduling requirements Must possess valid Australian work rights to be eligible for this position What we offer At The Yard Gym Cairns, we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment that empowers our employees to thrive.
