About this Opportunity We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator on a permanent full-time basis no previous experience necessary. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to start or grow their career in customer service. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you develop the skills needed to succeed. Reporting to the Customer Service & Internal Sales Manager, this role will be responsible for: Assisting with sales enquiries including prices, stock availability, outstanding orders, credit requests and any related quality issues. Processing sales orders and entering data accurately and in a timely manner. Answering customer telephone enquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Building and maintaining strong, positive relationship with customers. Responding promptly to customer enquiries about stock or technical information. Working with product experts and other internal departments to find solutions to enquiries. Assisting with the processing and management of export orders. About You A positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills Good verbal and written communication skills Great time management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel & Outlook) A proactive mindset, with an interest in helping improve processes This is an exciting career opportunity for an individual looking to join a successful global business.
