Early Childhood Educator Additional Assistant Early Childhood Additional Assistant Educator Temporary Part Time until 18 December 2026 Location Latrobe City Preschools, Victoria Do you want to make an IMPACT? About the Role Latrobe City Council provides preschool programmes at 25 services across our municipality. We are seeking enthusiastic educators to join our passionate preschool teams. As a preschool additional assistant, you will provide a safe, nurturing, stimulating and educational environment for children, helping them to learn and grow to their potential. About You We are seeking an individual with proven experience in supporting the individual needs, abilities and interests of all children in the program. Experience of working with children with additional needs would be desirable. Qualifications and Experience Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education & Care or Cert 3 in Education (Teachers Aide/Assistant) or a willingness to work toward qualification Current CPR & First Aid Certificate that includes asthma and anaphylaxis. Ability to work as a member of a cooperative team and to assist in developing good relationships and effective communication between families and Centre staff. All successful applicants are required to apply for and satisfactorily obtain a National Police Check and hold a valid employee Working with Children Check. Why work for us?
