Whats in It for You Excellent Pay Starting from $39.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn more Company Van Supplied Fully equipped, maintained, and ready to go TopQuality Equipment Professional tools provided (you dont need your own) FullTime Stability Ongoing, reliable work with consistent hours Mostly Weekday Work Monday to Friday roles are standard Optional Weekend Work Available at higher rates Supportive Team Culture Familyowned business where your work is genuinely valued Environmentally Responsible Be part of a company committed to sustainability and community care What Youll Be Doing Gardening and basic outdoor maintenance for Support at Home / Domestic Assistance clients Lawn mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, and general garden upkeep Seasonal work including pressure washing and window cleaning, particularly during the winter/offseason Working independently in clients homes, with strong support from our operations team Delivering a professional, respectful service to elderly and vulnerable clients Who Were Looking For Reliable and punctual you take pride in your work Physically fit and happy working outdoors Trustworthy and respectful in clients homes Good communicator with a friendly, professional manner Willing to assist with pressure washing and window cleaning when required Valid drivers licence Local to the Sunshine Coast A Police Check is required for Domestic Assistance roles (Cost will be covered by Ecovia) Ready to Join Ecovia?
