Cibaria Manly is a beachside Italian venue that will offer a diverse selection of rias as our menu will explore all of the goodness that Italian food and drinks are well-known for. When you think of Cibaria, think of antipasti, pizzette, pasta, cocktails, vino, and mouthwatering artisanal gelato. With our premium and convenient location, situated opposite Manly Beach coupled with an amazing menu of Italian comfort foods, and topnotch hospitality service, Cibaria will fast become a locals favourite haunt. Not a small feat for a 350capacity venue. We are looking for several Chef de Partie to join our team and work in our different sections of our restaurant; Forneria, Braceria, Spaghetteria, Pizzeria, production kitchen and Pasticceria. You will work closely with our Executive chef team that have been with Pavoni for no less than 10 years. We have casual positions to start with, full time for the right candidates. Full Australian working rights Minimum 1236 months working in a similar role Diploma in Hospitality qualification Ability to keep cool under pressure Excellent attention to detail Passion for providing an exceptional dining experience Hours can vary and include weekend and holiday work Preferred Requirements Food safety supervisor certificate Expertise with fresh pasta making Pastry experience Butchery experience Venue opening experience Responsibilities Collaborating with our team in menu planning, recipe development, cookoffs, writing tasting notes Ensuring consistent delivery and presentation of dishes in line with venue standards Ongoing staff training Maintaining food health & safety requirements Benefits Emphasis on work / life balance Share of tips Ongoing training and development to ensure knowledge is current.
