Opportunity The Centre Manager position is available in either AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs. This fulltime, permanent role provides opportunities for growth, stability and security within the expanding AMA Group. Responsibilities Production Workshop Management: oversee workshop production to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to preaccident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations. Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections and vehicle repairs to preaccident condition. Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional and friendly interactions. Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: ensure site profitability. Prepare and review P&Ls, budgets, job costings, KPIs and management reports to understand site performance. Leadership and People Management: oversee staffing on site, ensure staffing levels and processes are in place. Proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships. Work Health and Safety (WHS): maintain the WHS management system, follow all WHS policies and procedures and report and action safety incidents/nearmisses immediately.
