We are currently looking for a General Manager for Mount Lofty, a 134bed residential aged care facility located in Toowoomba, Southeast Queensland. Superior communication skills (verbal, written) and appreciation for a multicultural workforce. Passion and commercial flair for profitability, developing occupancy sales strategies and a strong commitment to community and sector networking. Comfortable with KPIs, service levels, people engagement and workplace safety environments. Astuteness across P&L, budgeting and financial management. Ability to put systems and processes in place at every level of a new facility. Solution focused and innovative to achieve staff engagement, resident outcomes and satisfaction. Knowledge of NDIS sector compliance requirements.
