Dynamic Growing Developer Inner City Location $200k - $220k + Super A great new opportunity has come available to join this dynamic growing property development business located in the inner Brisbane city suburbs. Whether you are looking for your first CFO role or you are already accomplished this role will offer plenty of challenges. As the CFO you will still have a hands on input to delivering results, provide insights for strategic direction and influence the growth. You will lead an established team and support operational leaders to deliver results and insights on performance. Reporting to the CEO, Board and partnering with the General Manager you will lead the corporate services functions. Responsibilities Prepare financial reports including board packs Develop performance reporting insights Analyse WIP and project costs Review budgets and variance analysis Build business cases for acquisitions and future developments Drive business process controls and systems improvements Provide oversight to IT, marketing and administration Qualifications Ideally you will be CA / CPA qualified with proven experience leading a finance function, driving strategy and managing in a project focused environment like construction or similar. An ability to dissect financial performance and cascade results to non financial leaders. Strong skills in developing reporting tools and managing data and compliance will be pivotal to the success in this role.
