Your role The Executive Director, Child Protection and Permanency leads the operational management of the directorates and shapes a human services system that delivers high-quality child protection and out-of-home care (OOHC) services for children, young people, and families. You will champion best practice, implement evidence-based strategies, and build workforce capability to drive innovation and deliver outcomes aligned with NSW Government priorities. What youll do Lead the operational management of child protection and OOHC directorates to deliver safe, high-quality services. Drive strategic reforms and evidence-based approaches to improve outcomes for children, young people, and families. Champion best practice frameworks and cultural responsiveness across the service system. Oversee financial management, risk mitigation, and performance to meet government priorities and community expectations. Build strong partnerships with government, NGOs, and Aboriginal communities to enable collaborative service delivery.
