OverviewDue to some recent project wins, we are looking for a Principal ICT & Security Engineer to join our diverse Consulting & Technology team. This opportunity will work on a variety of projects including defence, health, education, sports infrastructure, aviation and justice.This role can be based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney.How youll make a differenceLead the design, delivery and technical assurance of complex ICT and Security systems including structured cabling, active networks, WLAN, IPTV, audio-visual systems, video conferencing, CCTV, electronic access control, intruder alarm, intercom, perimeter intrusion detection and Type 1A security alarm systems.Provide strategic direction across the full project lifecycle, including early concept development, project costing, design governance, client engagement, contractor oversight and participation in bids/tenders.Act as a technical authority, using your multi-disciplinary experience to mentor, coach and develop engineers across the national team while contributing to continuous improvement of our design methodologies and standards.Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading stakeholder engagement, overseeing site investigations and providing high-level, commercially aware and technically robust solutions.QualificationsThe following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you dont tick all the boxes, you could still be a perfect fit for this role.
