About the Position: Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Lawyer (minimum 10 years PAE) to take on a high-impact leadership role within the firm. Working directly alongside the Managing Partner, this is a rare opportunity to influence the strategic direction of a growing practice while remaining handson with a sophisticated legal caseload. This role will suit a confident legal professional who enjoys autonomy, leadership and mentorship responsibilities. Your daytoday work will involve managing complex files, guiding junior lawyers, and playing a critical role in the development of firm operations and client relationships. Youll be working across: Highvalue and complex Family Law matters including parenting and property disputes Civil litigation including contract disputes, estate litigation and debt recovery Residential and commercial property transactions including leasing and conveyancing This is more than just a legal roleit''s a leadership pathway in a firm where your input is not only valued, but essential.
