About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to provide clinical leadership and oversight to our Esperance centre. This is a key position responsible for ensuring the clinical integrity and alignment of services, while providing day-to-day support and supervision to a passionate multidisciplinary team. This leadership role will suit a dynamic and compassionate mental health professional with a deep understanding of youth mental health, a commitment to clinical governance, and the ability to drive quality service delivery in a regional context.About the practiceWe''re a passionate team of Psychologists, Social Workers, a Youth Worker, Community Engagement Officer, and a Registered Mental Health Nurse. Our Lead Agency also runs the Goldfields Community Alcohol & Drug Service in town. As the only youth- focused mental health service in the region, we support young people through counselling, case management, brief interventions, group programs, and outreach.
