Farm Hands Coominya / Lowood APG Workforce is a national employer of choice supplying a flexible workforce to industries who promote safety and wellbeing as priorities. Our client based in the Coominya / Lowood location is looking for hard working, fit and reliable farm staff to work on their poultry farms. With a strong focus on team culture, safety and fastpaced environment you will be required to be both physically and mentally fit to ensure you become an integral part of their team and culture moving forward. The work will require you to be standing on your feet majority of your shift. Heavy lifting will be required. This position is 5 days a week and with some weekend work available. Duties Bending and picking up chickens up to 7kgs Floor walking Repetitive and physical work On your feet majority of your shift Bird culling sick birds and picking up dead ones Collecting mortalities and checking feed/water systems Qualifications Have current drivers license and reliable transport due to remote farm location Do not own any poultry, birds and pigs Strong safety focuses and quarantine awareness Good time management, be punctual and hardworking Ability to work well in a team Positive attitude and good work ethic Must be reliable If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please APPLY NOW. #J-18808-Ljbffr
