The Head of Operations is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the sustained performance, safety, and reliability of the multi-country distribution network. Reporting to the CEO Pacific, the position leads all operational, technical, maintenance, and safety functions to deliver the groups operational, financial, and strategic objectives. The role drives day-to-day operational excellence across regional sites, ensuring production and distribution plans are met, safety standards upheld, and continuous improvement embedded across all teams. It provides leadership to functional heads in Operations, Maintenance, HSE, Asset Integrity, and Technical Assurancefostering collaboration, capability development, and a high-performance culture. This is a handson, commercially focused leadership position requiring strong technical acumen, operational discipline, and the ability to guide teams through transformation within a complex, multisite, and multicountry environment. This broad role has responsibility for Operations; Safety, Quality & Compliance; Continuous Improvement & Process Excellence; People & Culture; Financial & Commercial Accountability; and Transformation & Strategic Enablement. With a degree in Engineering or a related discipline, the successful candidate will be an accomplished operations leader with a strong background in operations, energy distribution, engineering, or complex multisite industrial environments. You will combine technical and commercial acumen with the ability to lead geographically dispersed teams, drive accountability, and deliver sustained performance improvement. You will be handson yet strategic, comfortable balancing daytoday operational discipline with longterm capability development, transformation, and continuous improvement. A confident communicator and people leader, you will inspire teams to uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational integrity.
