The Role As a Nominated Supervisor, you are responsible for the guidance, support, and general supervision of children, staff, and volunteers at the service. You will lead a team of Educators to ensure they work in accordance with the service philosophy, policies, procedures, and the National Quality Standards (NQS), to provide highquality education and care for all enrolled children. Key Responsibilities Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children, staff, and volunteers.Act as the Responsible Person in Charge (RPIC) at the service.Train and support staff in understanding, designing, and implementing the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the Montessori Curriculum.Ensure staff fulfil all aspects of their job descriptions.Provide ongoing support to the management team in administrative processes, curriculum development, parent and community engagement, staff development, and other operational areas as required.Promote the service and support healthy enrolments to ensure optimal centre occupancy.
