Ideally, you will reside within our market area and have strong ties to the Darling Downs region.We are looking for an individual who has demonstrated the ability to positively influence others, think strategically and identify and critically assess strategic opportunities. A strong belief in, and understanding of, the mutual banking model is highly desirable.Experience in the following areas will also be considered essential:Accounting or financeBanking operationsTechnology or digital systems within the financial services sectorRisk, audit or complianceStrategic planning and governanceYoull bring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with the Board, CEO and Executive Management Team.
