Siena College invites applications for the following Non-Teaching position commencing Term 4 2025 to the end of Term 1 2026. Sports Coach - Head of Swimming Casual Position As a member of the Siena College Sports Department the Sports Coach is responsible for planning conducting and supervising sports training sessions and competitions. The role requires developing students skills enhancing team performance fostering a positive and motivating environment and promoting sportsmanship and teamwork. The Sports Coach will work closely with students fellow coaches and Siena College staff to promote a supportive team environment and encourage student participation in sport. As this is a casual engagement scheduling will be based on training sessions competitions and training needs. The successful applicant will require coaching experience in swimming together with the appropriate accreditation. Also required is a current Working with Children Check and a First Aid Certificate.
