Care starts with people. And the leader we are searching for is someone who brings both head and heart to the way they shape clinical practice. Our client is strengthening how they deliver care at home and is seeking a senior clinical leader who can set clear standards, lift governance, and build capability across Support at Home and disability services. Reporting to the Director of Aged and Disability, you will oversee clinical risk and practice, guide RNs and care teams, and ensure quality is lived in day-to-day work. You will refine policy and compliance frameworks, support accreditation and regulatory change, embed new systems that improve safety, consistency and accountability, and help grow clinical services through the development of restorative care and end-of-life pathways. This role sits at the centre of how quality is lived, not just measured. AND YOU ARE?
