About the Role The Division Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and scaling a high-performing temporary recruitment division. You will oversee team operations, drive business growth, and ensure successful placements while aligning recruitment strategies with E4s broader business objectives. Youll shape the culture, mentor consultants and leaders, build strong client partnerships, and drive commercial outcomes through strategic planning and execution. What Youll Lead & Own Team Leadership & Culture Create and maintain a high-performance culture centred on motivation, collaboration, accountability, and success. Develop, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters at all levels, providing structured coaching and growth pathways. Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, performance check-ins and training to support consultant development. Oversee hiring, performance management, and staff development within the division. Commercial & Strategic Leadership Set and achieve quarterly billing budgets, ensuring both team and individual targets are met. Drive business development and execute strategic growth initiatives across the division. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to refine recruitment strategy. Identify and manage crossselling opportunities across teams and clients to maximise commercial synergy. Client Management & Service Excellence Lead and manage key E4 accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and ongoing client satisfaction. Build, deepen, and expand client relationships, securing new partnerships while maximising existing ones. Represent the division in leadership meetings, liaising with Directors and senior stakeholders. Operational Excellence & Compliance Oversee compliance and ensure best practice across all recruitment processes and systems. Champion E4s values, mission, and service standards across the division. Support company-wide initiatives, contributing to operational improvements and strategic decisionmaking. Attend networking events and industry functions, including those outside standard business hours. What You Bring Proven experience as a Division Manager or senior recruitment leader with a strong record of commercial success. Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and lead a highperforming recruitment team. Experience in hiring, performance management, and talent development. Strong business development capabilities with the ability to expand client portfolios. Expertise with job boards, social media (e.g. LinkedIn), HR systems, CRMs, databases, and ATS platforms. Strategic mindset with the ability to implement, manage, and scale business growth initiatives. High levels of professionalism, resilience, and relationshipbuilding capability. Why E4 People?
