What we are looking for You will be confident in content strategy and audience engagement and show a strong grasp of digital publishing. You may come from a newsroom, media, or communications background or bring transferable leadership experience from another sector. You will also need to be comfortable with (or willing to learn) the commercial side of running a media business: understanding how content drives revenue, overseeing operations, and managing diverse teams across editorial, advertising, and production. To succeed in this role, you will need to be Organised and forwardthinking, able to juggle priorities and meet deadlines. Independent, with strong decisionmaking skills and a handson approach.
