As a podiatrist you will deliver compassionate, professional, and home-based care to elderly clients through our Home Care Service program. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance elderly clients'' independence and quality of life through home-based care. This full-time podiatrist role offers a blend of home visits across South-Western Sydney and work from home opportunities, allowing you to tailor your schedule to fit your personal needs. About the Role Some of your responsibilities will be: Deliver Comprehensive Podiatric Care: Provide high-quality podiatric assessments and interventions in clients'' homes, focusing on comfort, safety, and independence.Coordinate Seamless Care: Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure integrated service delivery and follow-up care.Ensure Home Safety Compliance: Conduct regular home safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with WHS standards and building codes.Develop Inclusive WHS Policies: Create, review, and implement WHS policies and procedures that reflect best practices and inclusivity for all stakeholders.Maintain Infection Control Standards: Adhere to infection control guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic environment during home visits. Promote Health Education: Deliver health promotion and education sessions on chronic disease self-management, foot care, and footwear, tailored to individual client needs. Manage Client Records: Maintain accurate client records, including statistical data, to forecast service demand and inform budget allocations.
