Fractional Head of Finance Immediately Available Sydney CBD | December or January Start | Executive Contract A fast-growing SaaS organisation is seeking a fractional Head of Finance to provide senior leadership during a pivotal period for the business. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role leads a capable finance function through half-year reporting, operational plan delivery, and key uplift initiatives across finance, risk, automation and commercial support. This is a high-visibility leadership assignment requiring a steady operator, exceptional communication, and strong commercial capability. What You Will Lead Half-year reporting and statutory/management deliverables FY26 operational plan priorities Risk framework uplift and enterprise governance activity BAU finance operations including month-end, revenue accounting and AP automation Engagement with CEO, ELT and the Audit & Risk Committee Chair What You Bring Senior finance leadership experience (HoF / Finance Director / Senior FC) Strength in leading senior direct reports and offshore teams Excellent communication, prioritisation and stakeholder management Strong understanding of revenue and technical accounting (SaaS experience ideal) Ability to provide calm, structured leadership in a high-volume period This role requires on-site presence in Sydney CBD due to the short-term, high-touch nature of the mandate.
