This role is accountable for development of the partnership programme at Dream Home Art Union in developing longterm and tactical partnerships across Australia. This role is also responsible for driving profitability of existing Lotteries products and customer value proposition as well as supporting the team in managing the new product development. Reporting to the General Manager Lotteries and leading a small team, youll lead the Partnerships & Product team as you: lead the identification, prioritisation, and execution of opportunities to drive commercial performance improvement partner and collaborate across the enterprise to deliver initiatives that generate tangible commercial value and improve efficiencies across the lottery support your leader to drive achievement of financial management targets fully own the budget and forecast delivery and partner across teams to prepare financial models, forecasts and budgets that assess profitability and support commercial arrangements establish a suite of management reporting that shows the performance of products, and more About you Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related discipline Extensive product management experience within a complex operating environment 5+ years experience in a senior management role with effective people leadership and experience in dealing with senior stakeholder management 10+ years experience in delivering and managing products and services Proven success in partnership development and management of partners with a national footprint Ability to deliver tangible results in complex project environments Strong relationship builder and communicator with experience leading diverse work teams, developing an organisationwide strategy for program excellence, engaging community partners, and partnering with Boards and Executivelevel stakeholders Applications close 5pm AEST Tuesday 6 January 2026.
