Full-Time hybrid | Gold Coast based Our Client is building one of Australias next big lifestyle and rewards brands and they will need a Head of Content who can take the reins, set the creative direction, and build a content engine that actually moves culture. If youre a strategist + creator + operator all in one, youll love this role. About the Role Youll be responsible for the full content ecosystem: strategy, ideas, production, execution, and growth. Youll lead a small creative team, shape the brands tone and visual identity, and deliver content that hits both brand and performance goals. This role is built for someone who lives online, understands cultural moments, and knows how to turn big ideas into scalable systems. What Youll Be Doing Owning the content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta & paid channels Building and managing a content calendar around launches, campaigns & cultural events Leading and mentoring a small inhouse team (videographers, editors, creators) Planning shoots, directing talent, writing scripts & overseeing edits Managing and briefing oncamera talent, creators & influencers Finding and recruiting new creators who match the brands energy Keeping the brands tone, visual style & storytelling consistent Creating both organic and paid content that drives engagement & conversions Tracking performance and optimising using data & audience insights Staying ahead of trends, platform changes & culture shifts Supporting and scaling livestream content (including our fortnightly livestream) Requirements 35+ years in content strategy, social media, or creative direction Strong understanding of shortform content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) Experience managing creators, editors & oncamera talent Confident with scripting, directing, shooting & production workflows Ability to build structured content systems that scale Strong leadership and communication skills Strategic thinker with creative execution skills Livestream experience = bonus Bonus points if you love Aussie culture, lifestyle, 4WDing, or sport How to Apply Apply now or email Tony on ****@grittalent.com If you would like, please include a short video introducing yourself and telling us why youre the right fit. #J-18808-Ljbffr
