Job Description As part of our strategic growth, were seeking a Principal or Senior level Architect to join our high performing team across NSW & ACT. Based in our Sydney office, this role offers the opportunity to lead significant project work, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the delivery of some of Australias most impactful projects. Experience in Defence is essential, with Data Centres and/or Rail will be highly regarded. How Youll Make a Difference Lead project design and documentation, ensuring technical rigour, design quality and consistency across all project stages. Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and innovative solutions. Provide clear, structured and technically strong advice to clients, supporting sound decisionmaking across complex project requirements. Manage internal stakeholders, support workflow planning, and contribute to efficient project delivery. Mentor and uplift junior team members, while preparing and delivering confident, wellstructured presentations and communications. Qualifications Registered Architect (or ability to pursue) with (ideally) 8+ years of experience, with strong capability across design and documentation delivery. Demonstrated experience working on complex or technical projects; Defence and/or data centre project experience (or rail) is highly regarded. Skilled communicator with strong presentation abilities and clientfacing confidence. Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, manage project tasks, and work collaboratively across teams. Commitment to supporting team development, fostering capability, and contributing positively to workplace culture. Due to the nature of the position and projects, Australian Citizenship is required, along with Baseline clearance (or higher).
